GEM Associates is pleased to have cooperated as an Associate with Acclaim Consulting over the last 6 years on a range of projects. These have included:

• Best Value review of the responsive repairs service at Haringey Council in 2005 in partnership with Deloitte Consulting
• Review of Housing Management IT systems for Taunton Council
• Development of Multi-media CD Rom for Guide Neighbourhoods
• Development of Multi-media CD Rom for the National Federation of Tenant Management Organisations
• Review of policies and procedures for Metropolitan Housing Trust as part of a team in partnership with Deloitte Consulting
• Work with several Tenant Management Organisation's around repairs and IT system assessments

Our association with Acclaim continues with our recently completed project for CityWest Homes and the ongoing review that organisation's policies and procedures.
