As an Associate of Acclaim Consulting, we have recently completed a project for CityWest Homes in Westminster to roll out their electronic document Management system across their 16 estate offices for their current tenancy files. The project included:-

Research of the issues to be addressed by the project
Development of the business case to secure funding and estimates of project costs
Development of the specification for changes to the existing EDM system to accommodate current tenant files
Development of a specification for back scanning work
Procurement of back scanning services
Engagement of temporary staff to prepare files for scanning
Development of rolling implementation plan
Project Management of the implementation

The project has recently completed on time and within budget

Review of Policies and Procedures

CityWest Homes is currently implementing a Customer Excellence project which aims to improve on the existing 3 star service. The project has a number of different elements including potential for revised IT systems and, in association with Acclaim Consulting, we are undertaking a comprehensive review of the organisation's policies and procedures. This project is designed to be cross cutting across all service areas and will take account of and maximize the opportunities afforded by the potential new technology which is likely to become available over the next two years.

In order to allow the organisation to continue to improve in the future, the project also includes for the training of an in-house resource. This project is an exciting opportunity to assist an organisation which is already rated as excellent to further improve service delivery and customer satisfaction using innovative approaches and with the benefits of new technology.
