About GEM Associates

GEM Associates was established in 1999 by Eric Sharpe to provide consultancy services to the public housing sector and to promote the use of technology to;

• improve access to information
• improve the quality of information provided
• enhance customer care.

Eric has worked in the Public Sector for over 25 years and the Private Sector for over 10 years. He has a background of involvement in IT over many years from Mainframe systems to PC's and has been developing on-line documentation for over 15 years. He is also an experienced trainer and the Company can develop material to suit your precise needs.

The Company has provided consultancy services on an associate basis to Acclaim Consulting, the Housing Quality Network, Deloitte Consulting, HouseMark, CSA Training Associates and People First Solutions.
