With over 30 years experience in Social Housing, GEM Associates can offer a range of consultancy services to help you to improve delivery of your Housing services.

Business process analysis is a specialty and can be combined with a full review of policies and procedures. We can also assist with preparations for inspection and project management of the inspection process, including staff coaching and preparation of the self assessment.

All consultancy is based around YOUR needs. We do not have preconceived ideas of either your problems or the possible solutions to them. You will only be given advice relevant to you.
