G.E.M. Associates has over 9 years experience in writing accurate policy and procedure manuals and producing them in electronic format which is both easy to use and to update. An annual maintenance agreement is available for updating or we can train your own staff to carry out this work.

We will either update existing manuals and convert to a suitable electronic format or we can provide a complete writing service starting from scratch. Any existing manuals can be updated and all normal Housing Management areas (e.g. arrears, lettings, repairs, tenancy management , etc. are included as part of the writing service.
