In cooperation with people First Solutions Ltd, we bring you “RepairITnow”, a repairs diagnostic system for non-technical staff which can be used either as a graphical or as a scripted process simply by changing a user option. The system can accommodate multiple Schedules of Rates and integrates with repairs management systems.
We can also supply "RepairITonline", a web based graphical repairs diagnostic tool for tenants. Supplied with a secure registration and login process, the system provides a quick and simple method for tenants to report problems over the internet and to review progress on outstanding orders.
