Housing Solutions Group

GEM Associates has been involved in a number of projects for the Housing Solution's Group based at Maidenhead. The work completed has included:

• Implementation of a repairs diagnostic system
• Development of the repairs reporting section of the tenant's handbook
• Assistance in the implementation of the IBS CRM system
• Development of a new IT Strategy in 2008

We continue to enjoy a successful relationship with the Group and look forward to assisting them with other projects in the future.
