Housing Quality Network

As an associate of the Housing Quality Network, GEM Associates has successfully completed a number of projects. These have included:-

• Project management of a team of consultants to prepare revised procedures for North West Leicestershire Council Housing Services
• Review of the Homelessness service agreement for Tower Hamlets Council
• Development of an on-line policy and procedures delivery system for Lewisham Homes.

GEM Associates is pleased to have had the opportunity to help HQN to successfully meet the needs of these and other clients.
