GEM has successfully completed a major piece of work for Thames Valley Housing to develop and produce on-line policy and procedure manuals for the following functions:
- Housing Management - including arrears management, anti social behaviour, estate management, harassment and voids
- Maintenance - including response repairs, emergencies, planned and programmed works
- Leasehold Services - including arrears management, estate management and repairs
- Development - the development process from acquisition to project completion
- New Business - including aims and objectives, contract management and funding
