Thames Valley Housing Association
Initially involved in a review of Thames Valley housing's procedures for repairs and arrears management, we were subsequently engaged by the organisation to:-
- Project manage the procurement of a new repairs schedule of rates and a new repairs contract
- Project manage the procurement of the Comino workflow system and its subsequent development and implementation within the organisation.
- Project manage the development of the organisation's web site including an on-line repairs diagnostic system and tenant information modules for repairs and 0n-line rent statements
Subsequently, we have successfully completed a major piece of work for the organisation to develop and produce on-line policy and procedure manuals for the following functions:
- Housing Management - including arrears management, anti social behaviour, estate management, harassment and voids
- Maintenance - including response repairs, emergencies, planned and programmed works
- Leasehold Services - including arrears management, estate management and repairs
- Development - the development process from acquisition to project completion
- New Business - including aims and objectives, contract management and funding
We have also assisted the organisation to modify and implement its newly acquired Comino Allocations and Voids workflow module, writing the system specification for changes required to make the modules compatible with Thames Valley's existing Comino workflow implementation.
